Who operates this site

This site and the Antimicrobe service are operated under the brand Antimicrobe, at antimicrobe.ai. Contact for anything in this policy is privacy@antimicrobe.ai.

The short version

  • The antibiogram builder on this site parses your file in your browser. Your rows are never uploaded.
  • If you sign up, we store your email address and the technical details of that signup. Nothing else.
  • We do not sell data, and we do not share it for advertising.
  • You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will.

The antibiogram builder

The builder is a client-side application. When you choose a CSV file, the browser reads it with the standard file API and every calculation runs in the page. The file is not uploaded, is not sent to any server, and is not stored anywhere by us. Closing the tab discards it.

You can verify this. Open your browser developer tools, select the network tab, then load your file and use the builder. There will be no request carrying your data.

One optional feature does make a request: the antibiogram summary, if it is offered. It sends the already computed summary matrix, meaning organism names, antibiotic names, percentages and isolate counts, to a third-party language model provider to produce a short readout. It never sends raw rows, patient keys, dates or any identifier. If you do not use that button, no request is made.

What we collect when you sign up

Signing up stores a single record containing:

  • Your email address
  • A hashed one-time confirmation code and its expiry
  • Whether the address has been confirmed, and when
  • Which page or button opened the signup, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived by
  • The referring page, your IP address and your browser user agent, kept for abuse prevention
  • The date the record was created and last updated

We use it to send you the confirmation code, to tell you when your onboarding batch opens, and to understand which pages lead people to sign up. We do not send marketing to addresses that never confirmed.

Clinical and patient data

This site does not ask for and does not receive patient data. When Antimicrobe is provided as an account-based service, susceptibility data can be sent to us under a separate agreement, and in that case we ask for pseudonymous patient keys rather than direct identifiers: de-duplication only needs to know that two rows belong to the same person, never who that person is.

We hold no certification and claim none. We are not FDA cleared, we hold no SOC 2 report and no ISO certification, and HIPAA compliance is not a certificate anyone can hold. A business associate agreement is available under the Enterprise plan and is a contract, not a badge.

Cookies and analytics

A session cookie is set by the application framework so forms work, and it carries no marketing identifier. Where an analytics or advertising measurement tag is used, it is limited to page views and the signup event, and it is listed here when active. We do not run cross-site advertising profiles.

Third parties

  • A hosting provider, which processes requests and stores the signup record
  • An email provider, to deliver the confirmation code
  • Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on these pages
  • A language model provider, only if you use the optional antibiogram summary, and only with the computed summary matrix

Retention

Unconfirmed signups are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Confirmed signups are kept while the account or interest is live, and deleted on request. Confirmation codes are stored hashed and expire quickly.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@antimicrobe.ai from the address in question. We acknowledge within one business day and complete deletion within thirty days. There is nothing to unsubscribe from except the onboarding email, and every email carries a way out.

Children

This is a professional tool for clinical and research teams. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects people who have signed up, tell them by email.

Start with your own export

See your own resistance picture, cut the way you actually work

Build the antibiogram on the synthetic sample dataset, or drop in your own CSV and watch it parse without leaving your browser. When you want an account, one email address is the whole sign-up.

Your file is parsed in your browser and never uploaded. No card required.
