What to include
If your question is about a file, tell us the column names and the shape of the export, one row per isolate or one row per isolate and antibiotic. Please do not send patient data by email. Nothing about this site requires you to.
Postal
Antimicrobe is operated online and has no public office address for visitors. Written correspondence, including anything legal or contractual, should be sent by email to contact@antimicrobe.ai, and we will provide a postal address for service on request.
Telephone
We do not publish a support telephone line, because a queue nobody answers is worse than no number at all. Enterprise agreements include a named contact and their direct line.
Clinical questions
We cannot advise on the treatment of a patient. Antimicrobe is a data analysis and surveillance tool, not a medical device, and clinical questions belong with your microbiologist, your infectious diseases service or your institutional guidelines.
