Is there a free plan?
No. The antibiogram builder on the homepage is the free demo: it runs the real engine on a synthetic dataset or on your own CSV, in your browser, with no account. A free tier on top of that would only be a worse version of the paid product.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, and annual billing is priced at ten months rather than twelve. The toggle above shows the monthly equivalent.
What counts as a facility?
One reporting entity with its own antibiogram. A hospital and its outpatient clinics normally count as one facility if they are reported together.
What happens if we exceed the isolate limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. We tell you, and you either move up a plan or trim the period you are analysing.
Do you charge for extra seats?
Seats are included in the plan counts. If you need more than the plan carries, the next plan up is usually cheaper than adding them.
Is there an implementation fee?
No. There is no implementation fee, no interface project and no annual minimum. The input is the finalized susceptibility CSV your laboratory information system already exports, so the implementation cost is the hour it takes someone to run that export and upload it. The monthly price on this page is the whole cost.
How does this compare with what VigiLanz, Sentri7 or TheraDoc cost?
Those platforms do not publish prices. They are quoted per organization, and Inovalon's ONC disclosure for VigiLanz describes the structure as a one-time implementation fee plus an annual license, with an EHR interface project on top. They also do far more than the antibiogram: real-time alerts, worklists and NHSN AUR submission. Antimicrobe covers the cumulative antibiogram and resistance tracking only, from a lab export, for a published monthly price, and runs alongside any of them.
Is there a discount for public health or academic use?
There is no separate discount. Regional networks and academic groups usually take the Network plan for a defined project, and annual billing lowers the monthly price on every plan.
What does it cost?
Plans run from $249 a month for a single facility to $2,400 a month for a twelve-facility network, and $3,990 a month for Enterprise with unlimited facilities. Every limit is published on the pricing page. There is no free plan, because the builder on this page is a free demo.
