What the alternative costs

Is there a free plan?
No. The antibiogram builder on the homepage is the free version: it runs the real engine on a synthetic dataset or on your own CSV, in your browser, with no account. A free tier on top of that would only be a worse version of the paid product.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, and annual billing is priced at ten months rather than twelve. The toggle above shows the monthly equivalent.
What counts as a facility?
One reporting entity with its own antibiogram. A hospital and its outpatient clinics normally count as one facility if they are reported together.
What happens if we exceed the isolate limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. We tell you, and you either move up a plan or trim the period you are analysing.
Do you charge for extra seats?
Seats are included in the plan counts. If you need more than the plan carries, the next plan up is usually cheaper than adding them.
Is there a discount for public health or academic use?
Ask. Regional networks and academic groups often want the Network plan for a defined project, and we would rather have that conversation than lose the work.
